I don't have a loud speaker on it but I have had to pass it over to the kids while I have had "comfort breaks".

No, it is when I try and access their messaging service that I get the message that says I am being "handled" by collections :rolleyes:

Well, anyway, I just managed to speak to a lovely lady who got the full hypno venting mode...........and of course all she could say was "oh, I don't know why you have got that message - it shouldn't say that".....Yes, I bloody know it shouldn't say that - why do you think I have been on the phone for over an hour.

Of course, I know it is not HER fault, personally, and I did apologise for my fury, BUT.........all I have come away with, is another number to call at 9am tomorrow morning :mad:

Roll on 9am is what I say.

Now off for a shower and to get dressed. Is it too early for a G&T

Everything normal in the Hypno household then family getting the wrong messages, car playing up and Egg being their normal sh**s :rotfl:

Life would be boring if it was "normal" whatever that is.
