They are doing my bleeping bleepity bleep bleep head in, I tell you.

This may be the final straw when I don't even have my savings accounts with them.....no matter how good the rates are, I just can't be doing with their inability to get things right.

I have never had such a catalogue of crapness from any other financial institution as I have had from Egg.

Oops. Seem to remember talking them up re their savings accounts . Ah well, another case of wine coming up maybe :rotfl:

I know that some of that side of the family have assumptions about how fantastically well off we are, and I have bitten my tongue on many an occasion in the past, as has OH. They can think what they like. Some of them don't really care much for us, and I am not too bothered about them, and what they spend their non-existant money on, as long as it doesn't affect me, and it doesn't cause Nana any problems. Sadly, they have asked her for "loans" on many an occasion, and I know she has lent money that they can never manage to repay.

But I truly care for Nana - one of my "true" family if you like, and would hate for her to be worried about us. I think I am just worried about her being worried!!

Right, a friend has asked if I want to go to the cinema.....and will act as taxi as I am sans voiture......so I will escape for an evening's entertainment in the company of Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr.....

Enjoy the evening Hypno and then start drafting your "What the flip have you managed to do this time Egg?" response!

How soon before everything is paid off with them?

Oooh - to see Sherlock Holmes? Mr Downey Jr is looking very tasty in that I have to say (though he was a bit weird on Graham Norton the other night).

    Have a good evening :D

    Hiya Hypno and hypnoettes
Glad you all seem to have a good Christmas. It's all gone well here. The children have had a great time and seem to really appreciate what they have. Everyone's a tad grumpy tonight but two late nights don't help so we're doing early night tonight and then a PJ day tomorrow. This is the bit of Christmas I love - time to relax.
Catch up with you all soon xx
