I think there's definitely something in the air today I'm completely flat too not helped by aching hand and shoulder and actually called in sick. I can type (bit slow tho) but moving the mouse fast hurts so it seemed sensible despite the fact I never call in sick 0always seems a bit pathetic when all I have to do is drag myself to my desktop but today the get up and go.....has definitely got up and gone.

hey sweetie - remember - those wives may well be depressed, insecure and not happy at all, despite all the leisure time in the world and access to money whenever. Bet many of them feel discontent and unsure of themselves a lot of the time. You can hold your head up high that you run a house full of love and determination.

Hypno, I couldn't agree with sea more, you don't know what is going on in their lives/heads. I would bet more than a little bit of money (if I had any ) that a lot of those women are jealous and in awe of you and all you have achieved, can cope with and are capable of. Chin up, you are brilliant and a huge inspiration xx

Perhaps it is just that time of year, or perhaps it is just a good few weeks since I have felt like this so need to get it out of my system. Whatever it is, I will buck up......have taken something to help me sleep tonight so hopefully that will help.

Big bars of of virtual chocolate and bottles of wine being passed round to boost everyones spirits - :beer: :beer: I'm sure the weather with its awful greyness and wetness everywhere doesn't help much either.

Hypno - you'll never look at a tuna sandwich again without thinking of today and dare I say - 'smiling' - one day you'll look back from Hypno mansions as your maid brings you tuna sandwiches on a gold plate, cut in little triangles with the crusts cut off - just as a change from the caviar butties you will be accustomed to by then, of course

Be kind to yourself - you put yourself under incredible pressure by setting really tight deadlines - please give yourself a bit of slack or something (or someone) will give - look at how far you have come on your journey and give yourself a little more time time to reach your destination safely so that you can enjoy it without any lasting damage to your health.

Rant over - how many sleeps till the hols?
