  • Funny - I just took a look at the Flylady thing too even though I subscribe to the Flylday herself. We did the kitchen bits at the weekend so I wonder if that counts.? Really must get back into Flylady and read my emails from her rather than delete them!

hurrah for the bit of shower rail, gallygirl :rotfl:

I've never looked much into the "proper" flylady - My inbox needs decluttering as it is - I need no more emails, even if they ARE about decluttering

If I can stick with MSE flylady for the time being, that will be a significant amount of progress.........I'm full of good intentions, if nothing else!!

My decluttering yesterday consisted of taking some disconnected speakers down to the newly-decluttered garage :o

    It all counts, KC!

Forgot to mention that yesterday OH took a TV that we had been "donated" from someone that upgraded theirs, but that is too big for my lounge, to a work colleague who was just setting up home and who things that "big is best" in the telly department

So, it got that out of the cabin which is where it has been stored over the summer.......

I was hoping for a NSD today, but I might buy another storage box.......

Ooh, thats a good one, that gets it off your *premises*, I like that. My sister's upgrading her TV before Christmas, and is going to give me hers. So my old one can go down to the garage too.... that'll make 3 TVs I've got. For one person :p oops.

That is rather a lot........we only have 3 between 4 of us! One downstairs, and one each in the children's rooms that they bought themselves a couple of years ago.

I would like a little one in the kitchen, just so I can have the news on while I am cooking dinner etc, so I am going to hunt for a bargain and perhaps save my PAD money towards it.

In fact, decision made, I WILL save my PAD money towards a neat and tidy little tv for the kitchen :D

    Hello

had a good swim :o but .................. my eyes are burning and watering and feel like grit behind them . Have checked with pool and pool tests are all OK (they do;t use chemicals anyway - its salt through a UV filter etc etc) and have been to doctors and got eye drops to go in BOTH eyes 4 times a day :rotfl:. So no more swimming this week - just I'd got back into the swing of it !!!

Anyway - off to lay down and fill each eye and listen to something while the drops do their work

    have a good afternoon everyone!

I've currently got two - one in the living room, one in the 2nd bedroom..... so if you want to pick one up on your ski travels some time soon, you're welcome (no flat screens tho, and they're 12" or 14"), I agree its nice to have one for the kitchen, thats what my mum has.

I'll only be getting three when my sister gives me her normal-sized-for-nowadays tv, honest!
