Credit Account Information Sharing (lenders updates to the CRA's - so where you see date last updated - this is from the lender!).....

No HSBC do not do searches, it was from the update they also get a feed about my profile.... bummer!

Hey at least you got some good news... how did you managed to get HSBC to reverse the CC?

Having an o/d does not show up on credit reports.... so no impact on credit score, but it can have an impact on the internal behaviour score.

Apart from the incorrect links on ur credit file, have you got any other nasties or are they all spotless with green zeros?

Hi Noah - hows it going mate?

I told HSBC to reinstate it or i'd formally complain to their head of fraud that went through everything with a fine tooth comb at application stage. It was as if her team of minions had taken it away without reading her notes agreeing it personally! lol

They put it back almost instantly..... I have still complained to her though cos its wrong what they done. I am going away next week (yay 2 weeks in the caribbean) and may have needed it! Luckily, Cuba uses a closed currency so i'm taking a wad of £20's! BUT it could have been so different which is what i'm moaning over lol.....

Gives me summat to do (moan) when working nights lol..... My credit file is fine, the links went overnight and now just have searches.

I think the £0 ammount changes if you over your O/D limit on the day your bank updates your account status to the CRA's and if you are over your limit on your statement date.
