Hi Innocent, where did you get that info from? Staff at branch have said it is updated on the 7th of each month...so where do you get that from?
Also could anyone confirm that you need behaviour internal score of at least 50 to be considered for 3-1 card?0 -
I have the 3 in 1 card and my Behaviour score was 50 plus when I got it and 57 when I got a overdraft and credit card.0

It was only 4 months ago my internal score was 39, and the staff at branch have said with the managed loan outstanding, it will never go more than 39!! They said because of the managed loan it is dragging down the behaviour score! They either telling me fibs or they don't know what they are talking about! Funnily enough 4 months ago, i decided to use HSBC as my 'main account' and obviously the behaviour score have dramatically improved in those four months!
Sorry you're right mate is was 50 for a full account wasn't it? I wasn't quite sure but 60 is for the CC and loan IIRC.... The update is the first monday of the month - sorry my credit file gets done on 2nd using the data from the last month..... So in my case I ensure my balances are high in credit at the end of the month so when they update the CRA on 2nd, it looks good. Then I leave money in my accounts until after the first monday has passed which helps the monthly behavioural score.
That said, ive just had my overdraft taken away and spent all morning arguing with them - lol. The dreaded link (incorrect) has reappeared on Experian which has done it - bummer lol.... good job I don't use it really!
Regards to the type of cards, you know what type you have because at present the ones with cheque guarantee are full cards - lets agree to that. Then you get the normal full 2-in1 card and the full auth 2-in-1 card and these can be spotted by looking at the pin (online banking, request new pin advice) letter which at the top will say Bank Card or Full Auth Bank Card. If not, you can try using at tesco pay@pump and you'll know.......

What?!! HOW is this possible for HSBC to revoke your O/D...let me guess...they have a link feed data with Experian that are updated every month and if HSBC spotted something of concern to them i.e adverse data on credit file (from Experian in this case), they are within their rights to take your o/d away??
Isn't that against data protection act principles or do HSBC have this written somewhere in their terms and conditions stating they do not need your permission?0 -

I can't exactly remember where I got that info from but in my case it appears to be true. I have been into the branch before and after the 1st monday and the score had updated.
I have had a CGC for a couple of years now, however my BS took a tumble as I didn't use me account alot and it dropped to 28  When I ordered a new card I was still issued with a CGC.......
Best bet is to ask the branch directly, they seem VERY open with me when I ask questions i.e internal policies, behaviour scores etc. The last info I heard from my branch was that they were not offering ANY lending to people who's BS was below 40.
Let us know how you get on. :beer:Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500
Credit Cards - Barclaycard £2000 - Silver Card £1300 - Flybe £7500 - HSBC £1000 - First Direct £2500 First Direct Gold £3000

I think in the T&C's they do stipulate that by accepting the account they will make periodic checks with CRA's.noah271007 wrote: »What?!! Periodic checks with CRA's - does this mean a random full credit search but without being recorded on CRA's...therefore invisible searches can exist right?
I had my capital one credit card limit increase after a periodic check with CRA's.0
