Hey, Yargo. No wonder you feel rotten if you have the flu! Snuggle in bed lady and enjoy it.

    Happy Bday makeup.

Buffy if you want to have a bit of fun with this man and are the sort who can handle it (only you know this) then go for it. If it's only going to end in mess for you then steer well clear. Hope this doesn't sound harsh. I only do the casual bit so it's all different for me but if you're really after something serious and you're not going to get it from him then get those trainers on and run in the opposite direction.

Interview went really well thanks ladies and have the 2nd one next week. Yippee!

Happy Birthday Makeup! Well done on the interview Souk!

Sky are now sending us a new router and apparently it's gonna take 20 days for the connection to be sorted... so nearly 3 months since we paid them!!!

I seem to be sipping on a glass of Nellie Juice almost every night now :o

No sign of Gorgeous Guy at work - turns out he's a subcontractor rather than permanent staff

Apparently I do have another admirer though, he's been interrogating the other girl in the office about my 'status' :D ...

I dont fancy him & also believe that Mr. 'Right' wont appear until I am in a position to get into a relationship. The last pair of losers just got me further into debt by being so !!!!less & inept themselves .

Happy birthday make up, hope you had a fab day icon7.gif.

Lula, don't think of being debt free as the only time you will be able to get into a relationship, remember our mantra of "no freaking drama." If you can do it with no drama involved then I would go for it, it would do wonders for your confidence to be wined and dined;) If we put everything off until we are debt free we are going to miss out on a lot of stuff. icon9.gif It would be great for you to have a bit of fun for a bit.

I have made my payment for today, am trying to keep them small as I can't really do anything until payday as I don't want to empty my account but hopfully I will be able to make some bigger payments soon and see an improvement in my sig.

    Hi sarah,

thanks for the enouragement, to be completely honest though, I really dont have the time or energy to be thinking about men at the moment.

In no particular order I already have a home, garden, car, cat, allotment, spirituality, health, family & friends to maintain or tend.

NB nowhere on that list did I mention DD, debts & diets which are of tantamount importance & time consuming.

I am the sad woman who drops/ forgets everything/one when in love/lust :o & I just have this belief that this is my chance to reset my life & if I dont get my priorities right now then I will be doomed for years to come.

I have this fabulous opportunity to improve my work status with very little efffort, I have enough money to live on & also make decent repayments to the debts. I have been faffing about with unsuitable men & making half hearted attempts to deal with finances for years.

I've had enough & cannot possibly see how I could get involved with anyone without revealing my financial status. It's just not how I would want to protray myself to a potential partner & if I am totally honest I wouldnt get involved with some who had debts.

They would either be taking it very seriously & doing whatever they could to clear them asap which is a real drag  or they wouldnt be taking them very seriously & that's not the kind of guy I want to be with either.

Also, I have vowed to be man free this year  so Johnny will just have to wait :rotfl:

Morning all, I have made my payment for today, only £5 but every little helps. :D Can't wait to get paid and make some serious payments, I am looking forward to being able to beat my target of Nov 2010. :jAm perilously close to od limit at the moment so don't want to make any big paymnts until I am sure I won't go overdrawn which is most annoying.

I am putting coins in the piggy every day and every £2 coin in a pot, but I am not going to count those until I actually open them and pay them in somewhere. Am dying to open the pig but it is only 1/2 full and I don't want to cheat. :o

I have a day off today so I am going to try to get a lot of decluttering done, once I motivate myself to get off the bed and to stop looking for distractions on iplayer. :o I want to get my wardrobe decluttered and some clothes bagged up and ready for the charity shop, even if they don't actually make it to the shop, I also have 2 bags of books ready to go.

I also wanted to clean my car today but it is too cold so I won't bother:D
