Remember when (no if!) we reach our weightloss targets we have all got wardrobes full of fabby clothes that will fit us :j
Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

  • Today is going....well its mixed.

Felt awful at work and came home early with the intention of a sleep but felt better so did some stuff (shopping, clothes, lunch,) but then felt much worse again

fell asleep, had a real fright when someone knocked on the door and now feel Awful again.
so yucky. and of course this is leading to doubts about snogging that bloke, now I am wishing he wanted to see me again and that it was the start of something rather then a window into a world I can't belong to.

At the party everyone (couples)were talking about this massive holiday they are going on - hiring this massive house and all staying together all discussing it completely ignoring the fact that I am sitting there the only (single) one who isn't going. I do get it but I think with Mum being away and me being a lone I am over thinking everything. Its just hard and being with that guy, him giving me his coat and hugging me kissing me stroking my hair - all the couple stuff! its like oooo look Buffy here you go oooooooooo no you can't have it really!

I don't know. sorry guys, I know everyone is upbeat I just haven't got it together very well today!

    xxxx

    Hello fabby friends,

Have not been very fab with the diet today & I blame it all on not having breakfast :p

Ziggles I was just thinking eeeeeuuuuwwww to a bag of shrimps & bananas when I suddenly realised you meant the sweeties

I've gone a bit bonkers today & paid another £50 off Barclaycard. It makes me utterly sick that I keep just giving this money away when I could be haing fun with it ... then remember that I am now paying for the 'fun' i had years ago .

Never ever will I have more than 3 months worth of wages on credit again.

awww Buffy, so sorry you're having a rubbish time :(

I must have completely missed the snogging episode  but am sorry to hear that rather than giving you a boost it has made you feel that you are now missing out. I felt a bit like that on Halloween night, knew a few peeps having parties or doing family celebrations & felt a bit down that it was just me & DD, but then I realised that it's now in the past & just about anything could happen before next Halloween :D

Just to keep you going here's a very iffy looking hug :grouphug:

  • I was walking on air yesterday cos it was all good (apart huge hangover) but I think its mainly not feeling well and stress at work, one friend is ignoring me and my absolute best friend is going through the mill and I can't really help. I just want some one to look after me. Pathetic I know but right now its how I feel:o

and I want the soldiers out of Afghanistan.

thank you for the hug xxxxx

Oh dear poor thing! It's justr being unwell that's makeing you feel horrible. Happens to me all the time- then i miss my mum...and remember she was pretty damn rubbish at mothering anyway then cry cos no-one love me or cares and why are my friends not calling- oh yes THEY HAVE A LIFE? Then get p*ssed off at everyone and put wild status updates on FB and regret it then wonder why no-one called after seeing said update:confused::D- best stop as it's a slippery slope:rolleyes:

You just be good to you and never mind anything else for the moment- your pal will pull through with your encouragement and the other one is probably just preoccupied with something too!

    Here endeth the sermon:D

    Buffy my lovely,

we all want someone to look after us, but sometimes what we have to do is learn is how to look after ourselves :( so that we become stronger & self sufficient.

It sounds harsh but what your friend is going through is hers to deal with in her way, you have your own trials to cope with & that is what you must concentrate on.

It is part of your very caring nature to want to relieve suffering but before you can take away anyone elses, you have to learn to let go of your own.

    More hugs :grouphug:
