I did weigh myself and have lost nothing:o On the plus side I haven't put any on and I have been very lazy this week and not even trying:o. However I am going to be very sensible this week, no take aways or rubbish food and I am going to aim for 2lbs.
Not putting on is good :A
I am aiming for 3lbs this week as I have been soooooooooo bad with birthday, hols, parties etc

I am hoping that being frugal will help with the weight loss, am going to try my best to sticking to only food I have in the house, not using the car unless necessary so as to not waste petrol, no popping to the shop for wine:o ( will have to come up with another plan there;)) and getting my exercise by doing housework.

Sounds like a good plan - I am hoping for something similar as November is going to be a very tight month for me  so I need to avoid any non-vital spending (including shoes

Hello everyone,
Good luck for interview tomorrow Souk08
Well done on your shiny new & determined plan sarah
Having been on the receving end of your most excellent & well though out advice I have total & utter faith in your ability to succeed with this.
How about we all avoid the sales UNLESS we have reached our target weights/sizes  sneaky, but I reckon its a win win situation as either we will be slim & have new fabby reduced price clothes OR we will still be fat but rich - ish :rotfl:
I am looking for a kind of time warp whereby I can do some sneaky shopping between the end of the 2009 clothes challenge & the start of the 2010 one ...
Anyone know how to time travel ?0 -

Put your final post on the 2009 challenge on the morning of 31st December and start the new one for 2010 on the evening of 1st Jan. This will give you all day on the 31st to go clothes shopping and all day of the 1st to do internet shopping.
