I'm heading out to the garden centre
for a bird feeding station to go on my lovely new patio... then out for a proper walk to try out my new Christmas pressie walking poles and finishing at a pub
. Haven't decided what to do for the evening (we will have to walk back while its still daylight lol) - maybe out to the movies, or just home for DVD and a book. Aiming not to be hungover on NYD as now the snow has cleared could sort out the garden a bit along with some studying.
Here's hoping 2011 will be fabulous for all of us

I'll be spending a quiet night in tonight, just relaxing, hopefully with a good film or two!
I hope you all have the evening you want, whatever you're doing :beer:0 -

Im staying in as I always have my daughter from boxing day to new years eve.I used to go out but not anymore.
I do miss going for a drink out with a nice fella though.
Im not in work till wednesday next week so will again be staying in. I sometimes feel like Im missing out on something just working and staying at home, but when I do get invited out something comes up or I cant get there because of taxi fares etc or that I have to drive and not drink.
I take her back home on saturday so I will be able to get some proper relaxation. But I do miss the company of a man who could treat me now and again.
My brother has told my mum she should go to egypt this year and spend some of her money dad left her but I dont know whether she will look at things differently.
I want to have a holiday this year but I fear I still wont be able to achieve that on my awful salary of £14800. Im even paying my mortgage over a longer term to temporarily keep me in the black which I know is not good but to manage its what I have to do.
I owe £42,000 but the term was 17 years left but extended it to 40 on one of the accounts.Mortgage Free 2016Work Part Time:DHouse Hunting In France 20230 -
I am off to my sisters to go out with her, her fiance and their friends. Going to a pub near their house where a band are playing that they have booked for their wedding. We can walk there and its free entry so it should be a fairly cheap night. I don't really drink though and they are quite big drinkers so I'm trying to think of a way of getting away with not drinking!
I haven't been out for NYE for a while- all my friends are married with kids so I usually just go to one of their houses and have dinner and stuff- I'm actually looking forward to going out.
And I bought a dress in Mr T last night with vouchers I had, ended up paying £10 for a pretty wraparound dress that can do for tonight, and for work- Bargain!
Better get back to work- I'm one of the only people in today and the phone hasn't stopped ringing, so much for a quiet day!Debt free as of 2 October 2009
