    Hey y'all

I did post on the mortgages board and got some helpful information so I'm really glad I did it.

I've rung another broker and will wait for them to call me back as had to leave a message.

I'm feeling a bit calmer about it all......thank goodness... I was breaking point this morning. I went to the gym for circuits and we had to run around the quay twice (2.5miles) and was the last one back - by a long way and I was so depressed.....I was nearly in tears!

Hope everyone had a lovely Monday!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)
  • You didn't sound silly, I did exactly the same thing even considered another name/account to ask my "stupid" questions! V glad you are getting another broker type person to have a look.

Can I also just say Easter Egg chocolate is GREAT.

    xxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Got up this morning, no sign of my little black cat gracie, had her since oct 09 and she never goes further than next door's yard. I put her out last night and this morning she had not done her business in the yard either. I left some food out for her as i left for work at 7.15am and tonight when i came back she is nowhere to be seen, no food touched and no cat poo in the yard so I knew she had not been back.
Asked the neighbours nobody seen her, shes gone.
shes timid, and shy and I just don't get it.
Shes four years old and now got a really bad feeling that this is going to be the third cat I have lost.

Charlie my 8yr old has lost one brother and one friend before (both went missing).

    :(

On the other hand my fella andy, been on phone to me every night since we met, is keeping me very very happy. I am on cloud nine. He is in devon at moment with his daughter and our second date is when he comes back.

Well done for saving Easter Egg chocolate Buffy - that's impressive :D.

Hey make up, and well done you for leaving this board! Ever been on marriages board? God they're evil! Not that I post, I just read and tut!!!!

Had a mate round tonight who has just split up with her man, she's lovley and so sad! Even her 2.4 kids sister told her to come to me for decent advice and some kind words, which is nice. Told her that he wasn't for her. She took it as we've been mates for nigh on 13 years! Hard to see great friends with carp men and generally I keep my mouth shut but this one is fab.

Off to the parentals tomorrow X

That's the board I posted on! They called me cold-hearted, shallow and cynical :) Smug married gits, I'm not cold-hearted ;)

Just celebrating my first anniversary of being single by having a beer in my new flat. Should have got my own place a lot earlier in the 'moving on' process I think, it makes it much easier to imagine much fun ahead.

    Hi

New to all this but loved the title so thought I would say hello!

Most definitely in debt and sadly most definitely single!

When I wonder where all my money has gone all I need to do is look at the mountain of shoes, clothes, handbags and books and it becomes all so clear.

When I wonder about why I'm single I just think about the last 3 guys I dated/had brief encounters with. Guy A was sulky, needy and a bit of a stalker. Guy B was a manic depressive. Guy C had really bad underpants!

So you got to the underpants stage in any case :rotfl: He couldnt have been that bad

OK, I now realise I'm officially missing out. Who knew you were all over on the marriage board (surely illegal for SAIDers??? or is it for the smug feeling you must get???)

Good - ish news today. I spoke to another broker who investigated and said that I was only eligible for one mortgage which is the one I'm currently applying for. So on one hand I've def got to the pay the high rate but on the other hand at least I know I've got the best available deal.

My only regret is that I've gone with a broker who charges a fee which is really annoying and I have definitely learnt something for the future!!!
