Thanks:). I have done better than I expected, I just keep telling myself not to worry too much about how I will get there, just that I will get there and to keep a look out for opportunities that arise things that will help me.

For example after years of telling myself that I would not be able to ebay I suddenly got the urge to have a go, I needed to declutter, I had a lot of stuff lying around that I could sell, I got a free camera and memory card via Boots points, I needed people to help me and I found them on this thread, so everything just fell into place.:D

Was it a Terramundi pot by any chance? I also have one but I smashed it last week during a sudden panic about cashflow:( (everything turned out alright in the end, I just had a wobble) and paid in all my £2. Am annoyed with myself now as I wanted to keep it until it was full.:( However, I saved £20 of my £2 coins to get a replacement and I am definitely going to keep the next one until it's full. I will get the replacement via quidco of course:D

I just looked up Terramundi money pots. They are lovely, but they should be for £20 :eek: They are very pretty, but I wouldn't be able to bring myself to smash it

I save all my £2 in mine, so although they are too lovely to smash it takes about 3 years to fill one, by that time you are bored with it and want a new pretty one:D. I have used them for years and my next one will be my 4th or 5th. I certainly wouldn't use one for the sealed pot challenge as some people are, smashing one a year is just too much.:(

Well I'm thinking I've been dumped Date on Monday went well (I think )... POF man sent an email during the week saying we'd have to arrange to do something else...I replied...no reply...sent a brief 'How are you doing?' text this morning...no reply as yet.

Oh dear! Don't let this set you back Gwen lovey.

I have deleted my account from POF for now...after being emailed by too many unnattractive sorts and then going on a date last night which was the final straw! I had been pottering and doing stuff all day, washed all my summer stuff and went to meet him in lovley new red shoes and nautical top.....and he was sat there waiting for my in an Adidas tracky top! THIS IS IT! Basically i wouldn't go up to any of these guys if I saw them on a night out as they're not that bonny so why am I wasting my precious time on getting ready to meet them? Had some fun with a few and will go back on but for now I'm just going to reuse and recycle the men I have as I am far too fabulous for these guys!

Did email a few that I have been chatting to and gave them my personal email so I'll see what happens there?!! XXX

Well gwen it sounds odd that. I have found that when a man can't make his mind up, he will keep you hanging on while looking at other opportunities. Don't text him anymore hes not worth it honest. start looking again yourself and if in week or two he contacts you don't reply. What he should have said was 'would you like to meet up again?' is he was really keen and it sounds like he wasn't to me.

Its not nice is it but keep your options open and chat to other people, thats what I do. Lots of luck:)

I reactivated my profiles on POF and Ok cupid. Its been grim. really grim!

Gwen, you haven't been"dumped".He is just a guy you spent a few hours with and now Might/won't see again. He really is so unimportant - I know its easy for me to type that, but you are fabulous and he is not.

I am off out tonight with a good mate, drinks and giggles hopefully although I I feel quite depressed tonight. Just not getting anything done.

And Souk - is it me or are a signicant amount of men on POF etc just welll,ugly. God I feel mean typing that. Put it this way they are certainly not my type !
