    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I think you'll find that's 50 stone not 50lbs! :rolleyes:

    It just feels like such a huge amount:o. And because the 15lbs has gone so slowly I haven't really noticed a difference. I will feel a lot better when there is less than 20lbs to go. Am still fat and losing 1lb is neither here nor there really when it is so easy to put back on. Am so cross with myself for letting it get this bad.

    I know what you mean but you are doing something about it now - and 15lbs is a great loss. Plus, by losing it slowly it's less likely to go straight back on :A

    I am at my heaviest ever weight :o - and I have lost nothing this week :eek:

    Evening all, been hibernating cos I've had a cold,and been ill turns me into a grump, but feel loads better now, which is typical as it's work tomorrow.
    Anyway took me ages to catch up on the thread, so hopefully I'll forget no one but Lilmissmup I liked your profile once the goons have read it and made way for the nice guys you'll be inundated, I agreed with everyone a honest well written profile and you are pretty.
    My only exercise is walking and gardening, so couldn't do makeups spin classes, saying that I saw a rat on one of my bird feeders so chased it up the garden chucking bricks at it, when I do get it it's had it. I've lined some more bricks up so I'm more prepared if I see it again.
    Was out walking in the woods today and the only good thing about the weather is it does stop me going out spending but I am getting fed up with it now.

    Hi all,

    Had a lovely day and thanks Ziggles!!!

    Went to Yo Sushi with my 40% off voucher with one of the gays and that was great. Then bought some ink (which work are paying for in return for some posters!) and saw an FWB. Haven't seen him since before Xmas so that was good and now I am enjoying Dancing on Ice. Achieved lots of my list, just need to read some stuff for work which I may do in the morning!!!

    I don't know how you fit it all in!!! Sounds like a great day though :D

    Sraahb, fab news on the weightloss :j:j Sorry to hear you've got a flatmate from hell :mad: Hope your glass of wine helps.

    I'm sleeping at my Mam's tonight as I've had a burst water pipe so now have no water :( I'll phone my landlord in the morning nd hopefully it'll be classed as an emergency and be done before I get home from work. I can dream. If not, another day of being fed by mother so I'll be happy either way :p I have eaten nothing but carp all day, infact for about the last week :mad::mad: I am such a bad influence on DD :mad::mad: She doesn't eat like me , but purely because I won't ler her, she would given half the chance and that's my fault. It should be enough to stop me but it doesn't and I can't understand why, coz I'd do anything for her

    Thanks for that lilmissmup, I'm going soon and don't have the net at my Mam's but will sign upto it tomorrow. DD is joining the gym tomorrow, maybe her going will shame me into going! And they have dancemats as part of the kids gym at the local leisure centre so I'll be able to go along with her to that sometimes.
