I make no excuses, I have an appauling sense of humour!

I've got a duvet over me and the cat curled up on my toes, too snuggly to venture into the cold kitchen for the bottle!!

Last chick lit I read was PS I love you - sobbed most of the way through :rolleyes:

J'adore well written chick lit i.e. Marain Keyes, Adele Parks but I HATE shi55y cliched stuff like 'She was a succesful lawyer by day but by night she crawled home to a cold bed'. Get a hot water bottle then!!!!!! I read a lot of it as don't like thrillers etc but most of it really annoys me as I don't ever see characters who are like me. They all need some BALLS!!!

Hmm, back to Hugh grant, my friends met him the other week, he was in Sydney at one of the swanky clubs we sometimes go to. I'm actually on my way there now, reminds me I have to tell her off for not calling me so i could meet him too!!

OOps, had a few (bottles) of wine before the above post but much chick lit does annoy me. LOVED that book I recommended you though Lilmiss. Maggie Alderson is great in general actually, have read all of hers and I am fond of Cecilia Aherne too. Would be fab to meet up some day X

Going to look at another house today, just down the road from where I am now but I think it's likely to be a moneypit project which I just don't have the funds for.
