It seems that my floating days are over and I am getting my own leg somewhere in South Wales - just need to wait now for Barry to come around :D I don't really want to double as I am sooooo slow.

Really? Where? Must have completely missed that one.

Still, had a race on Saturday anyway, so may not have done it anyway. Well done on the time - very impressive.

Feeling insanely motivated after the Turbo X on Saturday - might actually try running again this week! Have to leave it a couple of days, though, rolled my ankle on a tree root on Saturday, a little limpy today :o

Didn't think I was, but I have just done (my very first!) 5 miles in 45m :j I really didn't expect that!

Means I *should* come in under the hour for 10k :)

    Nice one Lurkio:D

not much for me last week, just pottering about running and a play on the beach ( well sprint work ish) and been out for a 5 mile a earlier today.

This is definately for ALL runners, it's only been the last year I have been upping to silly distances ( the mud and silly races is something I've alwyas done). I race/run for the experience not the time (hangs head in shame ):o
Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:

TOTAL: £6,437 (04/01/2013) slowly but surely it is decreasing:D
