See you on the dark side km!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
I had a good run with the club tonight. Ran down to Whitley Bay. Along the sand then up the slip road, then on the pavement to the next bay then back down the beach onto Bay 2 and so on. Last time I did this session I got to the top of the slip path after the second bay when it was time to turn around and go back (after 13 mins) Tonight not only got onto the 3rd bay but halfway along it too so I was really pleasedGood wine needs to breathe, if it stops breathing try mouth to mouth.0

Hi all
Two weeks later than planned, I got my 'benchmark' run in this morning. Not quite sure how, but I clocked my best time for 18 months!!! :j a shade over 26m
The downside is that I looked at my stats and I was a minute out with my PB that I said I had in my first post here:wall:
Sooooo - I think that will be my target. 24:59 by...... how long to shave just over a minute off? Lets go for the end of April
Hope everyone's wellNeigh, neigh, and thrice neigh
