Oooh that doesn't sound good Becky - hope you feel better tomorrow
Your last email came through ok but when I follow the link it won't let me sign in - I get an error message telling me it's an invalid username or password.
I've just tried signing in again and have re-entered all my info, it's telling me a confirmation email has been sent so I'll wait and see if it gets through. If it's not here tomorrow I'll try setting up a new mail account.2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -

Another achievement for me today. I did 2.25 miles in 25 minutes. Very very chuffed. Feeling great as well. And had some left for a little sprint in the end (that 0.25
)

Hi Lurkio - did you enjoy todays run?
Great that you had the energy left for a sprint finish Marru no wonder you're feeling chuffed.2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
We did a nice hill speed session last night at running club which was good.
And... we have a start date for Parkrun Bradford - 10 April :T

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Hi SC  - I think 'enjoy' may be a little strong. I'm very much at the necessity stage. having said that, I now feel much better for having done it
and I'm very chuffed at my time (in the grand scheme of things, below average, but for me, considering its only my 3rd run this year, bodes well).

Hi Lurkio, do try to make it to parkrun, it's brilliant and it'll really help to spur you on!

Hi
I have done a few, just not this year. I need to set a 'proper' time so that I can set a target for myself (as advised by the lovely people on here
).
Hopefully I'll be there this SaturdayNeigh, neigh, and thrice neigh

Hi all. Long time as not done any running.
Went for a run last night and it was the worst run I've ever had!
After first mile I realised I wasn't going to make 4, so cut across earlier and decided for 5k instead. But really, really struggled. To be honest, I just wanted to give up, but that's not quite me, so carried on with a really slow jog. Not sure if it was more stamina related or breathing or what, but just found it really hard. I usually jog from door to door, but after I managed the 5k (or thereabouts, must check the mileage) I just walked the rest of the way. Never felt so uninspired to run.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0
