KYCU - Rich says that should be fine
Mascott well done on the getting the motivation to go out0 -
Hope everyone had a good run at parkrun today. I was unable to make it as OH was golfing and Son plays football. So I did body pump and attack instead.
Managed to enlist another couple of recruits from the classes to park run as well.
I have another 77 days for my first 10k and can't wait, I love it
Good luck to everyone taking part in events over the weekend x0 -
Mascott - Hope the 8 miler went well. Is Mrs M getting out at all this weekend?
KYCU - My number tomorrow is 1110 (if only it had been 1 higher that would have been a really nice number:p).
We'll be in Blackpool from 8ish (so that Becky can fit her 25 miler in) so I'll be loitering around most of the morning. All black running gear plus orange racing shoes.
Linda - Hope the salmon and scrambled egg went down well. Btw were you aware that the Lister Park parkrun is a done deal?Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Good luck tomorrow, Simply. They're almost routine for you now at 20-22, I bet you never thought that would be the case a couple of years ago!:D
Btw Becky was wondering whether you have got your email?Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Thanks Rich - a couple of years ago I was pleased to run 5 miles so 20 - 22 on a regular basis is fantastic. After feeling so grotty last weekend I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's run.
Please tell Becky that 'no' I've not received it.I've just added her email address (the one she sent my plan from) to the 'always trust this sender' list so if that doesn't do it I don't know what else to try.

Hello, I REALLY enjoyed Parkrun this morning, it was very cold, bright blue sky and lots of fresh air and sunshine - PERFECT running conditions.
Will certainly try to keep coming along, and yes the lightly smoked poached salmon fillets and scrambled eggs were perfect to come home to, the run makes them seem even more tasty than normal.
Thanks for the shoes Becky, they look very posh. Will try them out on Monday which is the short run.
Yes I know Rich, Robert & I have a meeting with Bradford Council on Thursday.
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
Didn't make it to parkrun in the morning...didn't make it out for a run later on either...:(DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0
