The M&S sushi has NO raw fish in it!
Oh, btw I love the Innocent veg pots too! :T

I love sushi - I work next a wasabi so I often pop in there actually to get stuff - but the good sushi is so expensive (and by the way whats the point of it if it aint raw!!!)
I think I will have it for lunchie actuallynom nom nom
Edit: the veg pots are reduced in S'burys at the moment0 -

Why an all women group?
Our groups are fun, social, non-competitive and open to every age, stage, shape and size. We genuinely support the complete beginner.
Ignoring any of the other issues about a group like this, how the hell does that answer relate to that question?:rotfl:
Why not just say that some women feel more comfortable discussing their fitness etc with only other women? I think the site in itself is fine as some people feel they need that, and anything that encourages running is good - but that is just silly waffle!

Oh, and yes, I'd say Carr Lane is both longer and steeper than 'my hill'. At a guess I'd say the elevation is 800-1000ft over about 3/4 mile perhaps. Does that sound about right, Linda?
I've checked the elevation of Carr Lane and it's
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

But why?? In life there are nice people and less nice people but they dont sit either side of gender lines - so I dont get why excluding men makes something more approachable...0 -

I was reading in one of the running mags that low fat chocolate milk has been shown to be a great recovery booster after a race
