That run looks nice squizz, maybe the rat helps you run faster!
Thinking of your mate mascott, I had sister-in-law and brother out there at the same time. Back home safe. Enjoy the lake district.0 -

That run is in a lovely part of the country - think I will do it if we're not away on hols at the time. Definitely be a PB if there's a giant rat after me :rotfl:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
What is the parking like in Cardiff? I live between Cardiff and Reading and Cardiff is tad closer so pondering if one day I would venture that way.
There's a big Tesco's where the parkrun starts so always plenty of parking before 9am on Saturday morning.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

You should be pleased. You got around. I call that a result! How far did you get? Slow and steady is the name of the game at the beginning.
Did a slow 4 miles at lunchtime. Don't know exactly what pace, but it was around 40 mins. Plenty left in the tank for tomorrow.Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -
