    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Had almost decided to be lazy this week and not do any running as Friday night is my only free time, but I must get lots of ebay listing done and thought I could really do with a lie-in on Saturday. But then read the parkrun news letter and it's Cardiff's 2nd 'Birthday' and it would coincide with my second parkrun, so...I should probably go?

    What is the parking like in Cardiff? I live between Cardiff and Reading and Cardiff is tad closer so pondering if one day I would venture that way.

    just getting ready for my 8 miler....i guess Simply is relaxing in a warm glow having done 8 miles at 4am as usual....

    come on lurker get out there man.....(woman).....you know you want to.


    off out tonight, one of my mates is off to Afghanistan so I am glad tomorrow is a rest day.....:beer:

    we are off to the lake district next week for a bit of a break, so I will be running up Skiddaw.or something....:eek:
