Strange how everyone's different. I don't eat anything before I go out for a run. I normally find I have enough energy. But I normally have a big dinner, so the energy from that is waiting to be unleashed the next day!
Wishing you all good runs!
I'm with you there, BT.
I rarely eat within 5 hours of a run and prefer 12hours+.....Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Can we buy the tour t-shirt?
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

To be decided - I think its going to be Reading or Bushy, although Becky may have other ideas.....
Because of the last few weeks we've got into the habit of not deciding on the venue till late Friday night, or even early Saturday morning.......Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

sushi is pretty filling! gives you loads of energy for running, lots of starchy rice! :T
A flapjack is great for a sugary carb boost as well!

fair enough
BJ sailaway, set a date, have a blow out until then and start again with some gentle runs, once you start running again it'll make you want to eat healthier! don't give up!
