    I'm hungry now! :rotfl:

Me too. Off to meet a Swedish blonde who's not my wife for lunch.

But she's a friend of ours who works near me, so it's fine.

Yep me too - I cant even eat before a half now - stitch otherwise!

But last night I didnt have dinner and now I am starving ;)

    No surprise there, then!

I don't normally eat before a morning run, so it can be 12-15 hours for me too.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

As examples, the last time I'll eat before tomorrow's parkrun will be about 6pm this evening......so thats 15 hours before the race.

And then again on Sunday, which will be a 10 mile run at 8am followed by a 10 mile race at 9:30am, the last time I will eat will be about 6pm tomorrow evening.....14 hours before.

It seems the optimal way to do things for me....

Well if it works for you :D
