OMG Kms she is good :)

    I was 2nd lady - she's run 3:28 in 2009!!!

The time difference should be about 11 minutes over a marathon - even if you take her Newcastle time - I would still be sub 4 :D:D

Thanks for that little nugget :)

Congratulations on completing your 4th parkrun and your 1st at Woodbank today. You finished in 51st place and were the 38th gent out of a field of 63 parkrunners and you came 1st in your age category SM30-34

    1st in my catagory \0/

Makes up for 2 last places in groups on the track.

Times for the day so Rich can do his WAVA magic.

    5k 29:30
    1 mile 7:20
    200m 38.81 secs
    60m 9.7 secs

See i did 4 events in total not 3 :p

5k was too slippy to run hard not that i was capable of much faster.
Mile was erm hard work and bloody annoyingly ran in my PB time. Still i know i'm not short distance fit so i would imagine sub 7 will be fairly easy. Groups based on times and instead of being the fastest i was last but in the slowest persons predicted time.
200m Lane 4 for me in a group of faster runners so i was last again, not complaining about the time though.
60m well erm these were being done in groups of 6 so they were needed a 6th to go with a bunch of lasses so i volunteered. Came a close second and promptly did what we were told to do and run all the way to the crash mats. Cant complain with 9.7 seconds.

The WAVAs were 43.98% for the 5K and 51.00% for the mile. Dont have ratings for less than a mile unfortunately.

Congratulations on the 1st in category. Becky let the side down by only finishing 2nd in hers (but she's arguing about that:p). And she got mentioned in the race report, which we didnt - its just not fair!!;)

It was the age category that was in question because Anna Seeley is a 25-29 on parkrun but a V35 on Power of 10...one must be wrong!!
