Yeah so I emailed the organisers of Richmond as I'm now showing as 23:54 and apparently his gf was 5 seconds out on her time (i.e. her watch time was 5 seconds too slow!)...so he thinks that actually is my time...but hes going to double check anyway!

What would my wava be for 23:54 out of intrest?? :p

I'm size 7 becky, my new trainers are womens size 8, I did like my Saucony's but I like the Brooks better. Enjoy your new shoes!

I cant wear them on ice though so I'll wait till we 5k down here next in a few weeks - really am using them for the greenway 10k sub 50 attempt in March :D

60.23%! So you're going to claim it then?;)

But why was my time spot on if that was the case? And I timed yours, with the same watch, at 24:14, just the same as you!

Ah well, just smash through that time soon anyway and it wont be an issue!:D:D

    Fri 1/1 3.23 miles 33:07 (10:15/mile)
    Sat 2/1 3.26 miles 33:03 (10:08/mile)
    Sun 3/1 3.26miles 35:00 (10:43/mile)

Well that was fun, snowing heavily when we went out, decided to take a few pics down the beach - twas very cold! Then headed back up the hills including a big hill at the top of town, legs very heavy but it was fun running with hubbie and throwing snow balls at him :D
