    Christmas Day Racing!!!

    I've got to say that I've never seen this before but there will actually be parkrun races on Christmas Day at Banstead, Basingstoke, Bushy and Glasgow.

    Its traditional to get out for a run but racing - thats a novel concept.:D:D

    Um good point...booo no tubes or buses all day - also looks like Boxing day usual is out too - no service till 08:30 arghhhhh!

    I was just thinking that - will have a look for a suitable running route but we would have to leave early and avoid some of the nastier roads - possible though :)

    Edit: if we go down the Kings Road and over Putney bridge its just over 5 miles (just have to avoid getting lost on Sloane Sq ;)) seems doable!

    I thought Roundshaw was on too - I'll have to check. Why don't you cycle to the Parkrun? Or maybe you don't have bikes.

    Our Christmas lunch is 6 miles from office, they're booking cabs here - I said I'd cycle and they think I'm mad! Err, why's that mad?
