Congrats Becky
And to BT and Rich on decent parkruns, and Tirlittan before the festivities.
Perhaps pizza is the way to go (though mine was Friday, and no champers) - did 4.9 miles today at a pace of 9:18/mile. Really chuffed with that as it is back to the speedy paces of November (before knee incident) after only four runs. Felt good too.
Lights obtained without too much hassle much to general relief all round on mine and OH part. Online shopping for the win normally.0 -

A similar run to last week's around Battersea Park. Today's felt stronger though so pleased enough with that with just one more low mileage week before marathon training starts again........

I'm actually not too bad - had a very lazy night and am a bit tired but not as stiff as I thought I would be

Did you enjoy your weekend? It feels weird when you've moved your long run doesnt it!0
