Ha - mine have shrunk considerably with weight loss and running, but proportionately, still need much 'management'! Oh, I so want an athletic build! Maybe, athletic, still with some boobs left though! I failed and ate a scone tongiht, no butter - but I've only eaten really good stuff until now - drat. Start again tomorrow.
I can't get my shoes dry! Do you guys all have 2 pairs for these wet days? Not sure I can bear to put them on soggy tomorrow. What me gonna do!0 -

Stuff them with newspaper!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Morning all!
Was feeling very chesty yesterday so didnt run in the parkrun but did go along and cheer on Rich and do some walking...we also went into central London in the evening and walked along the embankment for a far few miles (the fireworks were cancelled but it was nice to get out in the storm!!!).
Well done on Roundshaw BJ sounds horrible
Chick I'm the same as you £4 asda sports bras are perfect for me
Some good running Tq
Hello smetf nice to see you again, hope you can squeeze in some good runs soon!
We're off out tonight for a run a bit later - not sure what its going to be like out there so while I am aiming for 16 miles I think I shall see how the wind is on the embankment as its pretty hairy out on the river when its windy.0 -

Like chick and becky I'm not affected by excess boobilage - I bought some shock absorbers earlier in the year but have found that the £4 Asda ones actually fit better - bargain.
Sounds as though your running is going well at the moment chick - hope you enjoy the trails today.
Welcome back smetf - only 23 weeks - ooh how exciting!!
Becky - good to see that you were sensible and didn't run yesterday. Enjoy the wind later (ha ha that doesn't sound right) it was great running in it this morning but I had to negotiate a couple of fallen trees.2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -

Tues - Rest
Weds - 4m on treadmill in 38mins
Thurs - Rest
Fri - 4m on treadmill in 36mins
Sat - rest
Did the South London 10k this morning. It was a new experience for me as I've only done races around parks and this was on the road. On the runnersworld website it said it was flat, but it was run around Wimbledon, and if anyone knows the area has got a long hill. After 5k we ended up running up a long slow hill back to Wimbledon village which was a bit of killer. I managed to keep going and overtook quite a few people who had slowed down a lot. I was hoping to go under 48 minutes, but wasn't expecting a great time due to the number of puddles/mud and the hill. However, was really surprised as my gun time was something like 46:0X (fingers crossed I will have gone under 46mins on the chip as it took a little while to go through the start). So smashed my previous best of 48:17 set three weeks ago. :j
By the well done to all those who ran yesterday. When I got up it was like a hurricane outside and I thought no way would you get me out in that.0 -

Hannah, keep posting hun, you're my inspiration to keep going. I'm 91lb down, but more importantly, my fat %, muscle tone and strength are transformed. I read an old e-mail to a friend that said my resting heart rate was 77 - OMG - was it ever that high! It's now 50. This is what counts. Taken 18 months so far, but soooo worth it. I love getting fitter!
Made me laugh all the boobage talk, I too have far too much of that going on!!Following :money: to keep us debt free :j0
