Lets hope that the mothers suicide and death of her daughter are not in vain.

Don't you mean 'the mother's suicide and murder of her daughter are not in vain.'?

I find it so strange that a person who chose to murder her child in such a horrendous way ie burning her to death, is considered a victim.

Hi Pinky the woman was a victim her state of mind was disturbed by years of abuse. Ask any mother of a disabled child if they would leave them behind if they were contemplating suicide. Do you know the fear of leaving your disabled child behind to be looked after by strangers.A child in a womans body who can not fend for themselves and is at the mercy of others.
Yes it was wrong for her to take her daughters life but she is still a victim. A victim of society that cares little of the plight of this woman and her family. Im lucky Iv got my partner to lean on and Im findin g the situation we are in a nightmare. Imagine yourself a single mother with two children both who have learning difficulties and being hounded by gangs of yobs. Would you come out unscathed.
  • It's the burning her to death part...I can't imagine a more horrible death.

I agree with you over the horrible way she died and no her mother should not have done it but had she been supported Im sure things would have been different. In her mind leaving her daughter behind was worse than taking her with her.
