No I didn't say that. What I said was that by terrorising someone becuase they have done it to someone else makes you as bad as them. There were many, many failings in this case but becoming vigilantes won't make the situation any better, won't stop it from happening again and certainly won't bring back the mother and daughter. Surely by becoming anti-social (for want of a better word) you're just saying that being anti-social is ok in certain circumstances, when actually it isn't.

At some point the community will have had enough, and vigilantes will spring up and exact their own from of justice.
Maybe not the correct or legal thing to do, but you could fully understand their actions as the police seem totally infective, the courts feeble, and parents simply not giving a damn.

I wouldn't shed a tear if these little oiks were tarred and feathered publicly.

The people of this country are now suffering the cost of the nanny state laws which have been brought in over the last 30 years or so.

The first mistake was to abolish hanging.;)

Just a case in point. Iv had three eggs thrown at my front windows . People may think thats not much of a crime but day in day out its soul destroying.

It is a crime lolababy and it should never happen in a civilised society.

However like I said earlier, succesive governments in their wisdom have brought in nanny laws and we are now paying the price.

A good government could reverse the scourge of the feral youths but it will take a PM with guts to do it.

Update rocks from the park facing have been thrown. Windows are intact but how long. Partner went to the front door and had abuse hurled at him and rocks thrown.
Police have been and give them their due are patrolling the area. They have said that unless the windows go in its not a crime.
