Good morning everyone, lots of positive thoughts and supportive hugs comimg your way all day Shez. Lovely to see you back Jean, even if it is to more problems. A leak behind the kitchen cupboards is what started my most depressing problem of the moment. Leak sorted, kitchen isn't.
Shaz we visit Skeggy a couple of times a year as it's not too far for a day trip, and Ingoldmells market, I'm afraid I eat all the junk food on offer as well, sleep all the way home.
ISOM sounds like a lovely day out.
mioliere I don't blame you for not taking the tablets, sometimes the side effects are not worth it.
    Love to everyone xxx

Hi everyone. I've been MIA on here for much of the day. I've been shopping (nothing exciting, just food!) and doing some equally non-exciting chores. I've also been proof-reading a friend's book ready for publishing, a job I have just finished today, thankfully. I really hope he does well with it - if he gets it published, I'll tell you all what it's called!

Orkney Star - how lovely to hear from you. Please call in again soon - we would love to know how you are!

Jean - any luck with the leak?

Shez - sending as many positive vibes as I can for your Mum. Lots of (((hugs))) for her and for you, too, because it must be very worrying for you.

Thanks to you all for your kind thoughts. I didn't take a tablet today and already I'm feeling less like a zombie, so I know they weren't doing me any good!

Mrs Moneypenny - hope half term goes well for you. There is absolutely no way you are 'letting the team down'; you're one of the busiest people I know and I'm amazed at how much you achieve, so please don't feel bad. I hope you get some 'me' time over the next week!

Shaz - hope you have a great time in Skeggy!

Tomorrow, I hope to spend more time on the computer - it's been a funny week this week, and I've not been able to spend as much time here (or crocheting!) as I would like. I may not have any young children here any more, but I really fancy having half term, too, so may treat myself to some days doing what I want (as long as DH can do without me 'helping'!

Have a great evening. I'm off to cook the dinner if I can find a space in my kitchen that hasn't got tools or planks of wood or plasterboard in it!

    Evening all
Just a quick post from me today, I am so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open.
MIL is in a room on her own now she is still on a heart monitor DR thinks she may need to have a Pace-maker fitted, she also has slight MRSA.
But she does seem a bit brighter and wanted the TV on, so OH put some credit on it and she was happily watching it when we came out.

Jean - nice to see you back, shame about the leak though, hope you get it sorted soon
ISOM - thanks I am off to the sofa in a bit to get some knitting done if I can stay awake;) I hope you get your laptop working again soon
OrkneyStar - lovely to see you back :wave:hope you and yours are well
kathy - glad you're feeling a bit better now
Shelley - positive thoughts for your Mum today

(((hugs))) for all I think we need some x

Sorry got to go, OH has poured me a cup of tea and has opened a packet of Fox's Ginger Crunch....yummmm.....
