    Evening all,:hello:
It is sooo cold here no snow though so that something to be thankful for.
DS1 is coming up late afternoon tomorrow and staying the night, He starts a new job on Monday and has to go up to Derby for an induction course, along with a few others. Then back down to Haywards Heath on Tuesday. Havent seen him for a while they all went on holiday to Dubai for 10days and got back Wednesday. The DGD’s had a great time by all accounts,( I really am missing them at the moment. )

ISOM – yep everyone will certainly see them coming;)
f1 – mine have too, unstriped though;)
PTB – thanks there are some lovely edgings on there
May – .ooo those coffee creams.......I am getting obsessed with the darn things now ... :rotfl: at the rott. Hope the hospital visit went ok.
SunnyGirl – I know what you mean about the afternoon shift, I often think about all of you beavering away with the hook or pins when I am having a go at my latest masterpiece ;):)
Jean - I haven’t done much charity stuff this week I seem to have got side-tracked with other stuff, so no update for me :o
Mrs-m – thanks for the link its just what I wanted, my neighbour is having a baby soon and I want to do a couple of things for her, and put a tiny hand sized toy in as well.
Elaine – poor DD, hope she is feeling a bit better now
Chalky – oooo thats not fair ....have been trying to cut out the sweet stuff before we go away on 23rd....looks yummy though hope they did it justice. “Hare and Hounds” have’nt found that one yet, it will be another one we can try is it in Paignton??? .... We were going to the Willows but our friends wanted to get going so we ate further up country. We had an enjoyable day, and the pitch we have chosen is an end one with a fairly clear view over the hills. We’ll be going down again sometime in April so we can get the van set up and levelled, it’s in the stockyard at the moment.

Off to sort dinner, then get my knitting out
    Have good evening's all
    Anne

May Thank you so much for the links - that was me having a sarcastic hmpphhh about the illness being psychological of course - there seems to be so much more research in USA into auto immune illnesses having clinical/genetic/infection causes. Did you know that the guy who advises the government here to only fund psychological research works for several American insurance companies who don't want to pay out on ME Gulf War Syndrome etc? So no conflict of interest or hint of bias there, then (I know, sarcasm lowest form of wit but sometimes it helps! )
Thanks to all for your good wishes - fingers crossed I stop shedding soon and can start knitting again!

thankyou15.giffor all your good wishes for the hospital.
The doc said they want me to have some more tests for eg thyroid & finding out what’s causing a few other probs, so fingers crossed for a few more answers
He was VERY UNIMPRESSED by the info I’d been given, when I was discharged from coronary care, about using GTN spray!
He is also writing to my GP about several things, including asking him to re refer me to the consultant about my spine.
So, at least I came away feeling that he was actually interested in my health, which is quite different to the way I feel when I’ve seen my GP.

I’ve not heard of Kienböck's disease ‘the cause of which is not known.’.
It sounds very much like they have as much knowledge of it, as they do M.E.
So NOT really very good when it comes to understanding or helping with the condition ...
Trust you & yours to have been afflicted by it !!
Thanks for the link to the info.
Thinking of you and your DD ... X
