Can warm up and make yummy food at the same time.
Tis brrrrrrrrrr here, but then it is the Northern Isles after all (I am currently wearing a thermal blanket as a skirt!).

SHAZROBO you just beat me to it I needed to log in...
they are delicious too... investigating how to do chevron knitting on the knitting machine today, but not getting very far with it. Cold here too but not as cold as you all seem to have it. Off for a cuppa, and back to catch up later. Cuddles to everyone

Shaz glad you feel a little better. Um .....how come they've only just found out you have one leg shorter than the other, shouldn't that have been found when you were a child? Sorry just realised that question is a little impertinent, please don't answer it. hope they can do something to help you.

Hi Jean, would it mean putting needles in holding position in sequence, then taking back in opposite sequence after changing colour?0

Kinsey, got a copy of a print out on machine knitting monthly magazine for last january and looks like its how you set up the ribber...knock needles out every eight / I think then racking left knit left, rack right knit right..my first attempt looks like ISOM's puddy tat has got into the knitting yarn! so I am going to read through it all again and really pay attention this time, I have a yarn changer so I don't have to worry about remembering to do that, will keep you all informed.
