Morning all
Hope all the poorlies are feeling better.
Off to Church for me this morning, and prepared lunch so DH just has to stick in oven/on hob!
No knitting done last night (fell asleep again) but really need to shift up a gear. Doesn't help that I have a little blister thing on the first finger of my right hand, and the wool sliding against it doesn't feel too nice!

My pleasure glad to be of use, if i ever finish the last row on my squiggly scarf, seems to be taking 4ever, I'm hoping to knit a pair in the same wool. I have some eyelash stuff stashed, as they seem to be a quick knit I might give that a go as well.
Had a lovely nights sleep last night but woke up sneezing & spluttering & been at it all day, am now looking a bit like Rudolph - don't know where its come frombut I hope it goes as quickly!:rotfl:
HUGS to all who need/want one.

Hi everyone - I've just realised that I didn't post on here at all yesterday; we had friends call in for morning coffee which turned into lunch as well, and the time just flew, as it does when you're in good company. The weather was disgusting all day, sadly, so we just sat around the kitchen table with the kettle seemingly never off the boil, and talked for England and France!
Anyway, I've been experimenting with scarves in a ruffley kind of way, and just have to finish one off before I can post photos of the three different ones I've made.
I hope everyone had a good weekend.
Pam - I hope your sneezing and snuffling doesn't develop into a full-blown cold. Take care of yourself.
Chalky - I'm so glad I came across that ruffle pattern, too! It's proving to be very useful as a quick and easy thing to make, isn't it? The great thing is that, once you've done a couple, you can just carry on without having to keep looking at the instructions, and I am still amazed every time the ruffling starts! I will carry on making them every now and again next year because they make such a good pressie. It's just a shame they can't be given to men, too!
Maytaurus - I hope you are continuing to recover.
Elaine - hope you and all the other MIA's are all doing well.
Thanks for the updates so far.
Hope you all have a good Monday.
