What a fab list :D I think a lot of them are achievable especially with your determination, although the pizza might take some sort of magic! :rotfl:

    Lots of luck x

EH - I am trying to be a bit more positive. I used to get like this when I was dieting hard too. But what is the alternative? There is no turning back now...

Dallas, thanks for dropping by, it's more of a brain dump for me than anything else really. Don't know why I didn't start doing this sort of thing years ago, it's like therapy on the cheap :money: :rotfl:

Redsquirrel - I know the pizza thing is probably a true fantasy, but a girl can dream.

Woohoo, look at me on 4 diary pages already :D

Cannot believe how miserable the weather is today - just looking out of the window is making me want to go and hide under the duvet.

I'm glad I didn't though, have found out this morning I am going to get a 5% payrise at the end of the month :j:j:j. I am so chuffed, honestly didn't think I would be getting anything this year so it is a huge boost. Haven't managed to work out my new DFD yet, but I am sure this is going to bring it a good bit closer.

I'm only a little bit pleased :o xx

After the excitement of yesterday I have come back down to earth a bit, am still really chuffed though. Have been playing about with my spreadsheet and I've worked out that the payrise alone can bring my DFD to April 2012, 5 months earlier :D

Also, when the flat gets rented it will bring it closer as well, depends on how much I end up getting for it though and how much me and OH decide to split the bills etc. by for the house. It can only come closer though!

On the downside, I have had to move the £200 that was sitting in my ISA out to pay for the flat work. This was what I was supposed to be saving to get my hair chemically straightened again. Still, I can pay that out of next months wages and it means that I don't have to borrow from OH, my parents or my credit card so I am quite pleased with that. I am so determined not to use those blo*dy credit cards!

It will mean that I am short for making extra payments next month, at least until the place is rented out. But at least is will be rented out. The extra money is because I found out yesterday that you have to get an energy certificate and register as a landlord - total cost £170!

Got the radiator, door and skirting boards painted in the bathroom last night and replaced one of the new tiles which was looking a bit wonky. Need to go and set up a fan heater tonight to try and get the adhesive dry - that's been 4 days and it is still wet. It's all progress though...

Five months is fantastic! Sounds like you're getting really organised there, well done :)

Am just in the middle of doing my interview preparation for tomorrow. The more I do the more I'm getting nervous. I've had loads of interviews and I never even normally bat an eyelid but this one is making me worry, I think because it is such a big opportunity.

Was just talking to my mum and she had a very good point that at least I do already have a job, and one that I quite like as well. So it could be a lot worse.

Why do I want the job? There are so many reasons but mainly the development opportunities. And of course, if they ask I have NO weaknesses ;) at all.

Did the online assessment earlier and I think that went okay, so just have to keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow now. Going to go and paint my nails etc. in a moment and then get an early night. Have got my new suit all pressed and ready to go too...

    Eek, I'm nervous!

MUST try and not talk too much, or ramble. That's a bad habit of mine...
