    Any suggestions appreciated.
    Yes, change something.
Are you feeling a bit "drained" after the period of weeks/months you have been loosing fat?
I felt like this in June when I was experiencing a plateau loosing only 1lb that month.
You could try making a change by giving your body a bit of a rest and increasing the calories for a week or two, perhaps an extra 200-300. Take the stress off your body for a while then remove the calories again and see if you can do something different in terms of exercise.
The month following my plateau was the highest weight loss I had over the whole term.

Short of time and inspiration for lunch today, discovered a tin of Heinz minestrone in the cupboard.

Now I've really gone off Heinz tinned soups, they seem bland and overthickened to me now, don't whether it's the reduced salt aspect or my tastes have altered (probably both). Anyway, whole tin was 128 cals, so I added half a tin of chopped toms too, some salt and black pepper and dried oregano and some fresh parsley. Was much more like a home-made soup, one and a half BIG warming bowls-full and just the job for less than 200cals! You could chuck some cooked/ canned butter beans in too which would make it really filling.
  • :hello:Hello,
Had my weigh in today and was very disappointed as I put on a 1lb , don't know why, done lots of exercise, and not done bad with food, so maybe it will come off, and a bit more, next week. Sometimes it happen's that way for some reason.
Last week of this challenge, so will weigh in on Saturday next week as it's the last day of the month, then I'll know what November's starting weight will be. God November, where did October go??
Hope that your all having a good week.
    Will check in again soon.

    Posh xx

posh, it happens. Some times I can put on 2lb and then 2 days later thats gone plus more. I think its water retention.

I know Im not going to make the 7lb target this month :) I seem to find it difficult to beat the 4lb a month. But Im content with that.

Sorry I haven't really been posting this month folks but it has been weird! First off loads more pain, pain clinic out be on different tablets that a) didn't help the pain, b) gave me migraines and c) turned me into a zombie , stopped taking those and got TOTM (comes around once a quarter ), then a stinking cold and then cystitis :o:eek::o, but I managed to weigh in yuesterday and even with all that I stayed the same! granted the same is still 22 stone 7 lbs but I haven't gained :T
