    I've been Money Tipped!
The Wednesbury store accept more than 1 at a time. The lovely assistant even helped me use them on the self scan and reminded me that 1 of the cards had 20p left on it (i was about to discard it) I used 3 to pay for all my purchases today.

Would like to point out that the gift vouchers were obtained using reading books.

And all of mine were as well, but still nice to have a little fun and a laugh - not to everyone's taste though. ;)

The entrance to the Glasgow store is getting rather crowded with trolley loads of books, must have been at least 10 trolleys overflowing with books tonight!

The guy that was giving out vouchers was saying that some books will be sold in Save the Children stores, some will be sent abroad and some will be sold as waste paper, but that any income Ikea receive from waste paper sales will be donated to STC. So if people do hand in Argos vouchers, most likely Ikea will recycle them and give STC the income - therefore the only losers are Ikea.

Good luck, it was quite busy yesterday. Had our breakfasts there and free coffees with the family card (2 breakfasts and 2 drinks = £1.98).
Bought nothing and came away with 2 more £5 vouchers (lol).

just want to say that I went to IKEA Ashton on sunday with me and 3 other people, with 20 books. We each took in 5 books and each for a £5 voucher. I then bought a dvd stand, a wine glass and some pot scrubbers and used all 4 vouchers at the till leaving me with a grand total of £4.07p to pay in cash.... bargain...

off to do it again 2moro before the offer runs out, i have hundreds and hundreds off books and want another dvd stand to match the other side of my front room lol...

p.s. just to mention as well that we got the plastic gift cards pre-loaded with £5 and they had no expiry on them and when i asked the lady she said the only things she knows about them are:

    1. you cant use them to shop online
    2. there is no expiry date
    3. there is no limit to how many you can use per transaction
    4. if you take more than 5 books as a single person you will still only get one £5 gift card even if you take say for example 10 books... unless you take someone with you to give in the other 5....
