Well done Teenie!! Keep at it!

    Morning everyone. :hello:

I've just done a quick 17mins before getting ready for work/school run. My job is pretty active, I'm rarely sitting down, so I feel pretty good about my activity levels when I'm working. I was out for a curry last night - which was very yummy, but I feel a little bloated today.

I'm pledging to do some more Wii tonight. I'm keeping to no booze in the week... which is actually easier than I thought. :D

Gotta run, see you all later...

    Meeee.
Hurrah - managed to train every day for three weeks.
Boo - weight loss in three weeks zero:( Hey ho, feel better though.

Morocha and SS, you know that the wii fit piggy adds up the amount of time you have exercised for, well if you point at it and press A it tells you your total hours on training. Once you get to 10 hours you get a fanfare and....a Bronze wii fit piggy :T,then a silver one for 20 hours:T:T. Just thought it might help to motivate you a bit. Try racing the kids to it SS!
  • Hiya Mrs B and Jelly :hello: :hello:

I've been up to my neck in with work, so I haven't been doing anything :( I might kick the children of the tv after tea, and do some then.

Jelly thanks for that tip, I didn't know it did that, so I'll rack up some hours and wind the children up! :D

Uh-oh, best go and help DH with tea! :o

  • Hello. Can I please join your Will fit gang? I am mildly obsessed with it but (as it informs me) I am only on day 5. I love it though, and my thighs and calves are aching something chronic so it must be doing something. My current mission is to unlock everything on it for a start. Oh yes, and do better than the 2 press ups I managed on the challenge today - shameful, isn't it??

Good luck to everyone still wii-ing - you are all inspirational.

Morning gorgeous Wii-fitters/no booze challengers/lose weight challengers/ and more exercise challengers :hello: :hello:

Are there any no booze challengers left??? :rotfl: I'm still keeping to no booze in the week, I had a drink or two :D:o;) last night. But I'm delighted that I drank lots of water and pepsi max in between wine, so not only am I not hungover, I also feel like I can get on with my day without having to flop on the sofa until 4pm !!!!

I've just had a lovely breakfast of beans and pitta bread yum :D, and when I've schlurped my coffee I'm pulling out the board to rack up some time on the Wii Fit. :D

    Weight loss so far : 10lbs. :D:D:D

ETA : did 35mins on the Wii Fit. 25ish on aerobic stuff, and 10ish on balance. :T
