Right I can't wait any longer i am bursting to tell you....weigh day today (I use Boots scales every week now) and I have lost another 5Ibs!! I am so chuffed-16Ibs in 3 weeks-but remember I am hugely overweight so I know I will quite big weight losses initially but I want to aim to lose 2Ibs a week now which is sensible but anything more is a boost, I'm sure it must be the exercising as well as the diet that is helping so thank you Mrs B (wherever you are-still busy in the bedroom?;):D) for starting this thread and everyone else who posts for the encouragement it is fab.

That really is fantastic Teenie D!! :j

    Well done you!! :T :T :T :T

Teenie, well done on your fantastic weight loss.

I am ready to go again, had a short break as it was my birthday and I ate everything I could manage but now back on it and ready to go. Got the 2 wii personal trainers and sports active for my birthday as well so absolutely no excuses.

Going to do my 30 mins after kids are asleep. x x

Thanks everyone for your comments, it really encourages me to keep going!

Hi Rummer I really like the Wii Fit because it is sitting there ready to use, you don't have to go out the house to do exercise. Some of the exercised on it can be quite easy but it is really what you put into it. I do a lot of the boxing exercises now and I find I work really hard with it and things like the step exercises, I find I have to do them more than once as the time given is not enough. I can honestly say though that I have never finished not feeling like I have worked out but at the same time it is fun!

I'm going to look into the Wii active too I think (and I may be wrong but someone will correct me) that you might work slightly harder but like I said I could be wrong.

You're welcome TeenieD... you are doing brilliantly and you put me to shame!!! It's a great motivator tho when you read that people are doing so blooming well!!! :T:T

I agree with you... wiifit is great because it is sitting there ready for you! I find that (once I am into it!) I am always 'having another go' just to see if I can better my last score, whether it be step, skiing, etc etc etc.... thing is when the rest of the family want to try and get on to get the best score too!

The wii Active is a really good tool as you can work alone and all your achievements are based on your own and you don't get compared to other people who have been on there! You can choose to do different levels to work yourself harder and I think you can even tailor it to what workout you would prefer (I don't know this for sure, I have only been on the 30 day challenge which is set routines!)

    Keep on wiiing everyone!! x

Teenie you have done fantastic - keep it up.

Pilates was good, really enjoyed it. I have a catch up class to do next week so will be going twice.

Not sure what I'll do tomorrow exercise wise but probably the wii as I need to take the cat to the vet first thing so no walking and I don't need to cycle anywhere.
