  • Morning lovelies, :hello:
A new week, and a new start. So, after my blow out weekend, I feel rubbish. Just the motivation I need to crrrraaaaack on with it all again!

So, I've done a 40 minute fast stomp round the park, and now I've done a load of house chores, I'm going to go on the Wii for a bit.

I'm missing everyone chipping in with their bits - achievements, or otherwise.

C'mon guys, we're in this for the long haul, we can do this....

    I've put on 1 lb:(

Going to take it out on the weeds at the allotment this afternoon.

Well done everyone for keeping it up!!! A late Happy Birthday to you Sarah... and I think you have done really well with the booze (much better than I have!!) ... so you deserved to go a little mad on your birthday! :D

I have done terribly!! I was due for a rest day from the wii active on friday and was intending to do more on the wiifit instead.. I woke up feeling terrible and have been like a zombie all weekend with a bad cold... My Son woke me up at 4am yesterday morning and I couldn't go back to sleep so felt even worse yesterday!

I don't feel too bad today, but as the little ones are in nursery today, I am catching up doing house chores so still haven't got back on the wii yet!!

I was doing so well too.. I had been on it every day since I started

Hopefully, I will manage to get on later
  • Hi Jelly and Lexus

poor you Lexus, hope you feel much better soon. :) ((hugs)) and 'cold be gone' vibes on their way to you. :D

Jelly if it makes you feel better I've put on 3lbs over the weekend, So much is fluid, I know I've lost weight, my clothes feel different, and I'm wearing things I haven't worn in ages. Take heart. :T

Hope you soon feel better Lexus, and the rest of the family, too. It's no fun being nurse when you are feeling rotten yourself is it? Never mind, you will be back to the wii grindstone, soon!

Thanks for the moral support SS. I am feeling better, so will carry on regardless.

I reckon I wasn't overweight when I joined in 2006 but I have become my user name. Might rejoin as sveltegorgeoushealthywithnoconfidenceissuesandafantasticfulfillingwellpaidjob next time, look out for me!

Ps The weeds didn't stand a chance!
  • OOOO I had a really good old go on the Wii fit today. I did 45 mins of various aerobic stuff, and 30 mins of balance games. :D Love it. But my tum is aching from the yoga and hula hooping.
The whole family is really enjoying using it. :T :T

Jelly :rotfl: at your new user name choice! :D

Well done SS glad you're enjoying it. I worked hard too tonight I feel really good now, didn't do any Wii fit yesterday as I was really sore from Saturday night-I think it was the boxing I was working really hard.

On hols this week so should be able to do more walking this week (well that is the plan anyway).

    Keep it up everyone x

P.S. Jellymid, I love your new username!!
  • Morning :hello:

I did my fast stomp round the park, it felt hard today.. not sure why  But maybe because I was walking really fast!
I've done some chores in the house, and now I'm going to do a bit on the Wii.

Ohhh, Mrs B-heeeee...... where are you???????? :D

  • OOOOOOO my back!!!! I've just done 54 mins... on step, hula hooping, balancing stuff, ski slalom and ski jumping. A little bit of ball heading cos it makes me laugh that I'm better than the family at it, go figure????
But I did 3 yoga poses.... the tree thing, and the half moon, and one.. I think it's the palm tree?? and I managed to hurt my back, I clearly was unbalanced. More practice required!

I'm going to do some free step while I watch poirot :D

    See y'all later.
