Heelllllooooooooooo!
Where are all you wii fitters-everyone having a weekend off (except me :A lol!)? Finally got back on my board and done some exercising tonight-it was 8 days since my last session!!! I worked hard and boy I was shattered - didn't do as much as normal but definately worked harder.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend and happy wii'ing x
I was thinking that too! I agree- it is hard work but don't ya just feel sooo virtuous when you have made the effort? (and knackered!);)lovin' this site!

Took dog for walk round park (slowly). Did 32 mins on the Wii inc 10 min on free step which would have gone better if I had realised that it doesn't register the kicks and wasted the first 7 mins!!. Never mind- I know for next time!
Went for a meal last night so feel I need to do a bit more on the exercise front. Hope everyone is fine;)lovin' this site!

Hi everyone :hello:
It's been hectic for me the last few days. So, today's the first day I've had a chance to wrestle the Wii from the children, and the DH! So I've done 35mins today on hula, step basics, the tilt balance game, heading the ball, and ski jumping!:j :j
I do think it's lots of fun, but I'm not doing my body test in front of my children. :rotfl: :rotfl: I'd never live it down. I don't think I've lost anything this week, but after the spectacular start, I'm not really expecting to.
I managed to stay booze free until Friday night when we met friends at the theatre and they bought me a g&t... would have been rude not to drink it eh???
But, it was a single pub measure.
Anyway, yesterday was my birthday, and so I drank a lot last night. And I'm very thick headed this morning!
Ahh, well.

Hi everyone... i've been very very naughty yesterday... went to work... ate so many biscuits... then some rice with fish... then some pie with cream. I stayed at my mum;s in law and i could not help myself... i saw the scale.. i thought i was 9.13( i mean i havent weight myeslf for months, so dont know if i was even bigger last week, cos ive been very good with the wii..) but i am 10.4:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:. Will have to see if the Wii is helping me... will have to weight myself next sat. now. i am a bit down.. i did feel a lot fitter and trimmer...
And i was told that we have a weding in 2 weeks ??? i will need to do the Wii twice a day and start eating healthy if i want to fit in a dress that i already got but never used... i have no money to buy a new one...Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0 -
Morocha-I think its better to judge by how your clothes feel on you rather than by what a pair of scales say.Dont forget-there is always going to be a variation in weight on different sets of scales unless they are professionally callibrated! Just try the dress on- you might be surprised (in a nice way!)lovin' this site!

Hi Murie.. thank you, you are so right.. i did feel that my clothes were fitting me nicely, not that tight.. but after i weight myself, you think my god! im got a big belly etc.. everything seems to fit horribly now.. i think the mind plays a big game...Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0
