Went on a 40 min stroll round the park with dog (some of it up a vey steep hill).Came home cut the grass and have done 40 min on the Wii-inc 2 lots of 10 min free step.
First bit of exercise in too many days so will prob hurt tomorrow but it stopped me eating if nothing else!!
Gotta give myself a kick up the bum and stop making excuses- I gotta do it cus no-one is gonna do it for me!
I weighed in today and gained 2 1/2 lbs in a week so wasn't pleased :mad:but I've only got myself to blame so I will make myself be good this week!lovin' this site!

Hi everyone !!... took my little monkey to the town , we walked for 2 hs then she was shattered
( she is 2 and hates the pushchair)... so we are back home and both are really tired.. cant be bother to cook, had some tuna sandwich and Oh is out doing some exercise. I think i have done my exercise for the day but still is quite early i might do the Wii at 9...

Well, I've stomped with the dog this morning. My pattern seems to be that I'm doing really well in the week, and then ruin it all at the weekend!!Way too much grub being consumed then! I think I should change my weigh in day to a Friday morning, instead of a Monday!
I've just done 45 mins on the Wii with my mate who hasn't done it before.

Hi everyone.
Good to see you back Mrs B. Hope all the nasty lurgies have gone now and that the snot factory is drying up. Before having our own kids we vowed we wouldn't let them walk around with green upper lips....how naive we were!! Where does it keep coming from? A local secondary school near us had 400 children off last week - there are alot of beasties about.
Morocha, Murie and JillD keep up the seriously good work. JillD, you must be seeing a difference with all that exercise. Well done, very inspiring.
SS Getting mates involved is always good for motivation ...and giggling. Good idea.
Have only been managing 10 minutes on the wii for the last few days, and usually late at night. I don't think it's helping my sleep patterns, so going to try to get going earlier and for longer again. Have got to get the rest of the leeks in this week, too:eek:. More soup!

Hi guys I did a 30 min free step last night and caught up with Coronation Street at the same time! I also use arm weights when I'm free stepping - I must look mental - I ban everyone from the lounge when I do this!You can stand there and agonize........

Oh yes! Back on track! Great stomping with the pooch, and Wii fitting. I love it so much. I've done my usual areobic stuff followed by 'treating' myself with playing balance games
As I type DH is doing 'the warrior pose' in the yoga section.The kids are on it loads too. Great buy all round. :j

Didn't get on the wii until 10 last night after picking up DD2 from a school trip. Managed half an hour of free step and then went straight to bed. OH said that a fantastic side effect of late exercise was that my feet were really warm instead of the usual blocks of ice0

I have not done anything since Saturday until tonight when I had my kick boxing class-I must get back to the Wii everyone else is doing so well and putting me to shame!
DH has promised me he will give me a kick up the bum to do some wii tomorrow night and I need to get into a better routine again. Planning on doing another night of my exercise class, definately finding it (dare I say it) easier but it is still a good workout.
Will keep you up to date, I will be honest I have said it before but it trullly is this thread that keeps me going.
