Ive done 25 mins tonight but its only my second day on the Wii. Have got the sports game and been doing bowling as well. Have done the step thing on the fit and some balance stuff. Used to go to SW and doing a bit of that too. It said I had lost a 1lb since yesterday.

Back on the wagon Wii FItters! Really couldn't be bothered but forced myself to do it and ended up doing 50mins!

Really getting into the boxing, done nearly 20mins on that alone. I think i am going to have to lool at the other games though as I am starting to find it quite easy, I would definately still use it though it is really good fun!

Away to bed now was up at 5am with DD flipping clocks wish they would just leave them!

Well done everyone, keep those wagons rolling! Only managed 20 mins today as I'm struggling with a stinky cold.

This weekend I have ... opened the car door into my leg, pranged the car and smacked my head on the freezer door. My horridscope in the paper on Saturday said..."Trust your judgement, good luck is all around you!" !!! Yeah right!

Lovely to see so many of us back on the waggon... Mrs B is still absent I see  :p:D

I'm trying to get out the door with the children this morning, as I ended up just slobbing around all day yesterday. Ah well, at least I got some Wii-ing done in the morning.

MOJT my weight fluctuates with the Wii as well. I tend to weigh myself on my bathroom scales first thing in the morning. At least that way I keep a sensible, if alarming, record of my weight

    See you all later.

Please may I join? Recently turned 50, overweight, unfit and fed up. Starting Weight Watchers tomorrow and have just dusted off the Wii fit. Weight 11st 12lbs (yikes!) BMI 26 Wii fit age 38!! That was unexpected!

Aiming to stick to WW points, no wine 4 days a week, Wii fit/ Wii active 4 times a week, walk to the station, walk up to 4th floor at work and lose a stone by Christmas....please help, I need it!

    Thanks
  • Can I be a new recruit. please?

Some of the flyladies have been praising the thread and I'm desperate for a bit of encouragement/kick up the bum to get back to exercising daily - I've just restarted SW a couple of weeks ago with the aim of shifting a stone for X*** and with your help, I think it's doable. I work long and peculiar shifts at the airport so time varies from day to day but I aim to give it a damn good go.
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

Hi likklegibbon. Great to see some more people joining in. Im doing a sponsored slim so need to get stuck in. I like the jogging and the step. Did a couple of the balance things too. Im sure we can do it supporting each other.
  • Hiya Rate-tart and LG :hello:

Lovely to see you here. :)

I'm letting the side down a little. I didn't do any yesterday. :( And while the children are off school it's harder for me to walk the dog, particularly to have a fast stomp.
But, I am being very good with my points and no booze during the week stuff. So all's good. I'm going to dry my hair now, and then I'll do some aerobic stuff before I get ready for work.

Good luck everyone with whatever endeavours they have today. :D
