Hello and Welcome, Boddy, Penguin, RT and Likklegibbon. Good to have more motivators on board. Is anyone thinking of getting the wii fit plus that is out on Friday?

Our wii is having a new lease of life. I have to get up early to get on it in the mornings. DD1 has set herself a challenge to get a silver wii fit piggy by the end of the holidays. Go girl.

Teenie D - how's the rocket going? You are doing really well.

SS - Well done on the no booze, points watching. I don't drink much, it always makes me ill, but I'm having a battle with the sweet stuff and my will power is useless. And all this exercise makes me soooo hungry!

    Todays target. Only one treat!!!!!
  • Hi guys,

Well, I spent all day and evening yesterday taxiing people around so really wanted to just sit down and relax but the thought of missing a stamp on the Wii fit calendar got me off my a**e and I did some free step, hula hooping, boxing and other bits for 32 minutes. I just want the piggy to be pleased with me!
It beats watching some of the dross that's on telly anyway. Instead of Lucozade Sport (!) I had a cheeky vodka and orange - well, I needed the sugars!

Good luck all with your weightloss goals. I find the Wii a bit erratic too with the weigh in. But maybe that's the way it goes. There's probably a reason WW tell you not to weigh yourself too often.

Just waiting for my boy to get off Mario Kart so I can have a jog or something.

    Bye for now!

    Hi, back again!

Done my 37 minutes, mostly step/boxing/hula hoop type activities but I'm really into the penguin catchy fish game at the moment too. I ended with some yoga because my tummy (IBS - boo hiss) is playing up something awful. It was nice and relaxing actually.

Said my goodbyes to my BF at the airport today as he's gone to the USA for 3 months :-( not had a cry yet so I guess my tum's trying to tell me to let it all out! Damn the brain/body connection!

Anyway, have a good evening all. I need to eat but there's nothing I fancy.

Ive been back on tonight. Have done the step, jogging and the free jogging. Im going to try to do it in the mornings rather than at night. Oh and I liked the penguin fish game too. Have done quite a few steps today as well.

rainbow81 Must have been hard for you saying goodbye. Im sure the three months will go quick.

    Hi guys

Had my class tonight and ooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhh I'm going to be in world of pain tomorrow lol! Really enjoyed it but worked really hard, i am really noticing a difference in my stamina and flexibility.

Lost another 3Ibs this week and planning on increasing my exercise to back on the wii for me tomorrow. Well done everyone and welcome to the newcomers.
