Well done on the 3 miles Sammy :T how are you feeling about the running now?
I feel so much better for getting off my backside and running today, almost back to normal.

:j Loved it...but its so hard to get out and do it....it was just boring running on a tready but I felt okay. You might feel as if you have slipped back loads but the running memory will come back pretty quick.....:T
Gonna go out and do some more tomorrow...I have a month left on my 3 month membership at the gym so am going to make the most of it. I love the jacuzzi and the power plate and the steam room....but not enough to pay extortionate prices for the rest of the year.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Afternoon.
Scott-are you my husband?
So today, I get the kids up early to get them ready to have photos done-my idea is to get some photos and send them back to Canada for everyone! Cheap and easy to send and everyone is happy...so decide to trim the back of DS hair only to find he IS CRAWLING WITH HEAD LICE! Oh my giddy AUNT I almost bloody DIED! Luckily, I have one of those expensive super dooper lice combs and spent 1.5 hours coming the evil gits out of his hair. DD seems free of them but we are ALL being 'Lycleared' tonight and combed. *shudders*
Theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen, DD spilled nail varnish remover on italian leather settee. It has left a mark-my fault really, should know better to leave a 6 year old in charge of something like that...anyhoo, we have a bottle of the dye for the settee-will see if it sorts it out-if not, we may claim on house insurance...
Hello everyone else!
Lovely to see newbies btw.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
I found some Stardrops. Four bottles in Wilkinsons. I grabbed all of them! Then realised I had left my wallet at home.
