  • Hands Maz a hob nob (Twinks of course) and say's morning

Not ventured on here much before - waves hello south to my home county of Tayside (dundee lass)!

Thinking about actually doing some gardening and tackling some 'logs' today - thus far made it as far as the kettle :)

  • I tried to have a lay in, but didn't happen. How comes all I want is bed when I have to go to work, but when I can stay in bed all day (if I wanted) I can't do it. Hmm??

I have also asked in the DFW thing a day thread how to clean my heavily chromed motorcycle without going to Halfords and buying lots of expensive cleaning stuff. Help?

Other than that, I'm sat here in my "schkimps" and am going to make a cup of tea :) got no biscuits though..

Lovely and sunny here so mucho washing to do.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • morning all :D

smsfrancis - might be worth asking on the Old Style thread - they are amazing peeps over there with cleaning ideas. There's also a cleaning 'directory' of all the cleaning related posts which might give you some ideas.

  • Ooh, haven't ventured into this territory before. Morning all. I'm currently contemplating doing some supermarket shopping (eek!) but will probably put that off for as long as possible. In the meantime, kettle's on.. But ARGH! No biscuits. Looks like that shopping trip is gonna happen sooner rather than later..
    It wasn't me.. honest..
  • Morning

I also wanted to lie in but failed pretty much, am drinking hot water and lemon juice which is gak and watching a spider in the corner of the living room, clearly it heard the news yesterday!

My plans for the day include, a quick shop and a huge tidy up plus (sadly) farmville!!! I love weekends where I don't have to go out and can get really sorted for next week

    Have good one everybody xxxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.
  • *whispers* I've just done my farm and m afia... cough...

    .

Stardrops and a mircofibre cloth ? Chrome comes up amazingly - bottle star drops 80p? 3 pack clothes about £1

You can use the stardrops in a bucket or make up a solution in a squishy bottle (couple inches) and water - or do both - its amazing on chrome - well its amazinng on anything :)

Yup I am a convert - :) someone on here sent me cloths and stardrops :rotfl:gotta love MSE
