    I found a lovely recipe for roasted butternut squash soup yest so have bought all the ingredients this morning.... I'd better get on and do it!

    Erin's team got beat 4-1,sowasn't as bad as it could have been... erin was corner taker extraordinaire.. and i went and ran 3.5miles so Yay Me!!!

    Cookery quesiton anyone.........

    I want to make a butternut squash thai red curry for dinner, do I roast the butternut squash before hand or do I chop it up small and cook it from raw in the curry?
