Butternut squash cooks really quickly Lou so I doubt it would need pre-cooking, although you could maybe lightly brown it quickly in a pan first if you want extra flavour?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

butternut squash cooks quite quickly in curries, i'd add it raw and let it cook for about 15mins - depending how small you cut it. it does mush very easily once cooked.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500

Well done on the run Maz. Stu has just taken the kids for the day and I don't have to set off to work till 3.30pm, so I really should go for a little run now, as per the 12 week plan. Feeling a bit sick but might go and do a little one.
Well done to Erin too - even though they lost, do they seem to be improving?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
