I had bizarre conversation with Collect+ agent today -
Me - It's heavy, but just under 10Kg
Agent - Collect+ limit is 10Kg
Me - I know, that's why I've bought up to 10Kg postage
Agent calls over assistant
Assistant - We can't take it, it says 10Kg on the Collect+ label
Me - Yes, I bought up to 10Kg postage
Assistant lifts item - We can take, so long as one person can lift it
Me - Thanks!0 -

Resurrecting old threads for no reason doesn't help those that frequent this board, as you aren't a newbie I would have thought you may have understood that, clearly not.0 -

Thread was started in 2009, since then many people have commented through the years, including well respected and regular contributors.
Perhaps you are being a bit harsh?0 -

Post 122 is nigh on a year after the last post. I still don't really understand what the point of it was. Was it a vent, some advice, help or just a comment? I would expect something like that from a newbie but not from someone who has made several posts and should be aware of forum etiquette.0 -

When the courier delivers a parcel to the nominated store it is signed in, electronically. It's the same procedure for when the parcel is picked up by the customer. They have to have the code that is sent to them via text/email. This code is sent to the customer once it's been signed in at the store, (as explained above).
This is meant to allow full traceability of a parcel. This also means that when a customer has failed to collect their parcel, it'll be kept at the store for a set number of days before being electronically acknowledged via the terminal and returned back to the original sender via the courier and a refund given to the customers chosen account/method of payment.0 -

Emailed Collect+
Collect+ tell me package probably at collection end depot and will do a physical search!!!
