Still got so much to do but need to make suit hire, car and invites a priority  Really not enjoying it anymore, had so much more stress than i thought i would have and really wish we hadn't bothered now
No stresses with H2B though, i still want to finally marry him

Hi all
I seem to have gone into "headless chicken" mode :rotfl: (Same date as wanttogetwed)
However, ring is ready on Saturday, flowers are ready to be sent, invites are here and the photographer loves the venue! :T
I've provisionally booked make-up - pending a crafty facial on the 27th and the all-important trial..
Ordered two charms and my hair accesories from flutterbyweddings, the charms are for my bouquet, tiny picture frames to hold pics of our Dads who are sadly no longer with us. On blue ribbons, so "something blue" also sorted.
I love your placecard holders mshelsbels
Loonytoons - it will all come together I am sure.
I just need my dress now :eek:0 -

Did you get the invites done okay then wanttogetwed? It's sooo close now... :j
I think we are pretty organised, we still have to decide on our vows and finalise selections for our buffet however.
Dress update: Milly have emailed and said it will be ready next week! :j0 -
Yeah thanks, sister-in-law to be is in process of making them. Got card and hearts of e-bay costing £30, still have to find a decent quality envelope and ribbon. She has a state of the art printer at work so fingers crossed they will be done in the next week:jBecame Mrs Lawson on May 1st 2010

Hi Ladies,
I hope you don’t mind me joining?
i get married on 29th May 2010 & I cannot wait! The butterflies have set in but still have quite a bit to do!
Venue: Done & dusted - got the bill yesterday for full balance, yuk!
Dress: Bought & paid for - final fitting 2 days before wedding! i kid you not!
Shoes: Still hunting, I think Faith or Dune have the best options so far for my taste (high & glamorous!)
Hair & Make: My bridesmaid is a beautician & make up artist and my other best friend is a hairdresser so no cost for these or nails, tans for bridesmaids etc! Bonus!
Minister: My grandfather is a minister so that’s sorted! Going to visit tomorrow to discuss vows etc.
Invites: Being made, should be done in 2 weeks, need to find envelopes, any ideas?
Favours: We're trying something a bit different, our theme is Summer Garden so we're having a wee candy table & people can make their own favour bags with our names & wedding date on the ribbon the bag is tied up with!
Flowers: My auntie is a florist, ideas are with her now, I'm not a big flower fan so really simple ideas.
Photographer: Booked & deposit in post
Cars: Not needed, we're all staying at the Venue the night before
Cake: Ordered and paid for
Entertainment: School friend is a DJ, he also did our engagement party! A band was costing too much!
Still to do:
Bridesmaid dresses, this is really stressing me, I THINK I'll have them made in America and pick them up when I'm over in 5 weeks, they come in set sizes so will need to be altered. This is the one area that has stressed me out! All 4 bridesmaids are totally different shapes and colours!
Decorations: I've bought small glitter butterflies to go on flowers, napkins & seat backs, just waiting for them to arrive. Also seriously considering a LCD dance floor for the night time but costs £700!
Also need a string duo for ceremony, have contacted two companies never heard back from either!
I hope you are all doing well & look forward to hearing your stories!
